A full report of these investigations is then provided ensuring that clients are fully informed prior to either selling or purchasing a property. Furthermore, provided that we have been granted a power of attorney by our clients, we can act in front of the notary public for the signature of the sale or purchase contract.

In addition, we also deal with the preparation of building contracts, new build deeds and condominium bylaws, together with advice on the purchase or sale of property companies in the construction and development sectors.
