SHIPPING & YACHTING
The Department provides advice on Ship Sale Contracts, EU and Off-Shore Ship and Yacht Registration, Ship Mortgages, Time and Voyager Charter Parties Contracts, Imports and Exports, Custom clearance and taxation. Advice can also be given on setting up Yacht and Vessel Management Companies, syndicates, Charter Companies and permissions with the Maritime Authorities for commercial vessels.

The Department also specialises in Ship Arrest, Collisions at Sea, Maritime Customs, Liens, Non-Contentious and Contentious matters with the Matitime Authorities, Custom & Excise and the Inland Revenue.
