Silvia Ragagnin

  Silvia Ragagnin completed in 2001 her law degree at the University of Bologna and then in 2005 obtained her law degree in Spain at the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona. She qualified as a Spanish and Italian Lawyer and is registered in Spain with the Barcelona Bar Association, and in Italy with the Bologna Bar Association.Our Team

Education

Since November 2001 Silvia has been working in Bologna for leading international law firms, where she specialized in civil, commercial and maritime law. In particular, she has been dealing with civil litigation, advisory on civil, commercial and maritime matters, the setting up of companies, drafting commercial contracts such as distribution, agency, purchase and sale contracts together with undertaking legal due diligence on behalf of companies. In May 2007 she joined with BCP Abogados & Solicitors as the head of the Italian Department and specialises in commercial contracts, conveyancing, inheritance matters and international affairs.
