I am a Consultant Solicitor and Head of the London office of BCP International Law Firm. I qualified in 1988 and was for over 15 years a Partner in a Top 200 UK law firm.
My role is to refer work to my firm’s overseas offices in other legal jurisdictions from UK based individuals, companies, contacts and referrers such as Accountants, Estate Agents, IFA’s, Insolvency Practitioners, Wealth Management Companies as well as from other firms of Solicitors. The areas of work include Asset Tracing and Enforcement of Judgments, Commercial, Insolvency, Litigation, Matrimonial, Probate, Property, Tax issues and Validation of Judgments and Orders.
